Avaya Desktop Incoming Calls Not Showing Up on Screen

If you see missed calls in your Avaya desktop app, but you are not getting notified of an incoming call, or people are reporting that their calls to you are going straight to voicemail, please read the following:

What is your status?
  1. Navigate to your profile icon on the top left corner of the page
  2. Ensure that you are "Available," if not, please click the dropdown menu and change status to "Available"
Are your notifications on?
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab on the bottom left corner of the page
  2. Navigate to the Notifications tab on the left-side menu
  3. Refer to the image below in order to have the correct notification settings

Are your incoming call rules correctly configured?
  1. In the Settings menu, navigate to the Phone tab on the left-side menu
  2. Under the "Incoming calls" menu, click on "Incoming call rules"
  3. Ensure "Forward all calls" and "Do not disturb" is toggled OFF
  1. Lastly, under "My work day", click on "Work hours"
  2. Under "Ring Settings", ensure "Ring all together" is selected AND "Desktop and mobile apps" is toggled ON
