Setting Work Hours on Avaya Cloud Office

If you are an employee with a set schedule and want to avoid getting contacted when you are not in the office, please do the following below.

On the Avaya Desktop App:
  1. Navigate to the Settings menu on the bottom left corner of the page
  2. Click on the Phone tab on the left-side menu bar
  3. In "Incoming call rules," navigate to Work hours under "My work day"
  4. Click on your recent schedule and edit it as you prefer. Refer to the image below for the Reception's schedule.

After setting your work hours correctly, any call you may receive outside of your work hours will go straight to your voicemail. Make sure your work hours are accurately set to avoid missing calls from customers and colleagues.
