If a website you are on is not loading, please go through these steps:
1. Navigate to the 3 dots on the top right corner of your browser
2. Click on "Delete browsing data..."
3. Select appropriate time range ("Last 24 hours" or "Last 7 days" is recommended)
4. Ensure "Cookies and other site data" is checked
5. Click on the "Delete data" button
6. Refresh the website you were trying to access
